When you interact with QuBo, our AI study assistant, we collect:

• Questions and prompts you submit
• AI-generated responses
• Conversation history within sessions

This data is used solely to improve your learning experience and is processed through Anthropic's Claude AI in compliance with their privacy standards.

2.4 Payment Information

For premium subscriptions, payment processing is handled by our third-party payment provider (Xendit). We do not store your complete credit card numbers, bank account details, or e-wallet credentials. We only receive confirmation of successful payments and subscription status.

2.5 Device and Usage Data

We automatically collect:

• Device type and browser information
• IP address and approximate location
• Login timestamps and session duration
• Pages visited and features used

If you join an educator's class, that educator may view your progress, quiz scores, and activity within their class. They cannot access your private notes, AI conversations, or activities outside their class.

• Device session management (1 device for free users, 3 for premium)

QuexBook Studies is designed for Senior High School students (typically ages 16-18). For users under 18, we recommend parental awareness of platform usage. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
